Description:

Soviet apartment block project 1-447C-37 (II gen. 447C). They were built all across the USSR from the late ’60 to the early ’80s. This package also includes a modernised version with slightly better quality of flats.

This model was originally developed by Pashka2125 for "Cites Skylines", and has been adapted for "Soviet Republic" by me with full permission from the original author.

All credit for the 3d art goes to Pashka2125.

Update 10/05/2020: added two variants: a grey brick variant and a white tiles version (a big thank you to Comrade Joe for providing the updated textures for the white tiles). I also revised the stats according to real floor plans (thanks to Flayoun).

Update2 14/05/2020: removed road connection, edited pedestrian connections.
