Dragonian Race Factions and Scenarios
Mod adds two factions (good and evil tribe), two scenarios and allows you to start the game with the race of dragonians.
There are two scenarios "Dragonian Wild" and "Dragonian Tribe" (based on these scenarios you can create your own), the scenarios differ from each other by the initial number of colonists and "savages".
Scenario "Dragonian Wild":
Colonists: 1
"Savages": 4 (after 7, 11, 18, 25 days)
Scenario "Dragonian Tribe":
Colonists: 3
"Savages": 2 (after 18, 25 days)
Changed the price of dragons from 5800 to 3800 silver.

The number of incidents in the scenarios has been changed, now only 1 incident in 25 days (done to remove character generation errors).
Added 2 characters Dragonian_Player_Male and Dragonian_Player_Female for debugs.
