Creepy Music Mod
This mod isn’t exactly for everyone as it was made more to cater to myself and how I want to play PZ, but decided to share with community.
Do you miss creepy music ambience that PZ used to have?
Do you feel like game isn’t tense enough?
Now it’s all back!
This little mod brings back creepy ambient music that Project Zomboid used to have. They increase atmosphere, especially at night.
Mod is really simple in how it works!
– When player encounters more than 5 zombies, the tension increases, and there’s a chance creepy music will play.
– Between 22:00 (10PM) and 5:00 (5AM), creepy ambient music is forced to play over everything else, no matter if player seen zombies or not. This is to make nights terrifying, so remember, don’t wander out from your safe house too far!
IMPORTANT!
Some music tracks were removed from the game, namely combat ones and some with the lady singing in them, however if people want, I can bring back entire soundtrack in, just editied properly to match the rest of the mod. This was done to emphasize the calm moments and tense moments.
Let me know in the comments of the mod if you want certain music track to be back!
It works on existing savegames and Build 41 and up!
