This mod allows all races with access to global recruitment have the same recruitment duration as local recruitment, but still costs twice as much.
Features
1. All Factions with Global Recruitment can recruit at the same duration as local recruitment.
2. Dark Elves and Vampire Counts have encamp stance to replenish faster and to be immune to attrition.
3. Dark Elves, Vampire Counts and Chaos can now use global recruitment.
