Adds a new mini-boss

There is a distinct lack of mini-bosses in Darkest Dungeon, only 3 if you have Crimson Court. This mod adds another mini-boss that is exclusive to the ruins. This mini-boss has no special conditions to fulfill in order to fight it, making it slightly more common than the other mini-bosses.
The Reaper is a deadly unholy entity that relentlessly hunts the living. It marks those that it will target, before unleashing a lethal single-target attack. The Reaper has the ability to summon lifelines that buff and heal it.
Notes: The reaper will only spawn in hallways like the other 3 mini-bosses and can only spawn in the ruins.
UPDATE: I have updated the reaper in order to make it more like my other mini-bosses. There is now a loading screen for it, as well as a bunch of balance changes. The big ones are:
1. Reaper now spawns with 2 Lifelines and can not spawn additional ones. The lifelines now give an armor piercing buff along with a prot buff.
2. The Reaper’s Fear the Reaper now does a small amount of damage and can apply horror
3. Execute can only cause bleed on marked targets now.
4. New Trinkets drop every time the reaper is defeated, same limits from other mods apply.
Not 100% sure on mod compatibility: (worked with mods I use)
Things I know: Does not change any files, only adds some. This means it should be compatible with almost everything. I would recommend trying to use this mod with huge overhauls like PBD though.
