Max Level 120 1 Skill Point per Level
Raises the maximum level to 120 for both lords and heroes, and gives them 1 skill point per level.
Also makes level progression linear, so each level up requires approximately 34.6 more experience than the previous level up.
The first level up still requires 900 experience, and the total experience required to go from level 1 to level 40 is also the same as vanilla (60,730 for those curious).
