For balance，the electric consumption was increased and it will consumption more raw materials for production than the origin one.

整合版炼钢厂，不需要矿石加工厂，用生铁（煤）矿直接生产钢铁，铁路连接调整为5条，单个工人的生产效率也有极大提高
出于平衡，增加了耗电量，比起原版，生产同样数量钢需要更多生铁生煤
