British Rail Class 92
The Class 92 consists of 46 locomotives, and was built from 1993 to 1996 to haul freight through the Channel Tunnel. Several have been sold to Bulgaria, Romania and, in 2018, Croatia. They were designed to transfer freight between Europe and the UK: they can be seen from south-east England up to Scotland, as well as in Eastern Europe. They can use either 25kV overhead wires or 750VDC third rail.
Available from 1993 in 5 liveries: BR, EWS, DB, GBRf and Caledonian.
