The main idea of this Mod is improving and refining the rough mercenary mechanism of the vanilla Kenshi (for example, the price of most vanilla employable squads is 2000 cats per day even their combat ability are different or their number are different). I also add some stories and dialogs about the background of Mercenary Guild.

Brief Introduction:
1. The price of mercenaries and other squads will be determined by the ability and quantity of mercenaries. Human mercenaries in the Holy Nation are cheaper, while Tech Hunter squads are expensive.

2. Most employers need to pay a large deposit in advance to prevent casualties (especially death or disability). But some employers have earned the trust of mercenaries and no deposit is needed.
3. The Mercenary Guild refuse to serve the employers on the blacklist. These employers had let loyal mercenaries execute suicide missions.
4. Mercenary Guild managers work in some bars, and employers can ask them to retrieve their deposits when the contract is completed. You can ask them for stories about the guild and the deposit.
5. The Wandering Trader (the game start) has earned trust of mercenaries in some past, so no deposit is needed.
6. At the end of the bodyguard mission, renewals can be made. The contract will be extended for one day. The conditions for renewal are that the mercenaries are not seriously injured; there is no ongoing battle; the employer and mercenary squad leader is close enough to active a dialogue.
7. Mercenary Guild managers can help you post some notices and summon interested Tech Hunter squads to your outpost for defensive missions. The higher reward attached to the notice, the higher probability of the present of Tech Hunter squads, the earlier their arrival, and the larger number of the squad.
8. Further refine the interesting employable faction Black Dog, adding background stories and a little plot between the Black Dog and the Mercenary Guild. Players can tap into the secrets by listening the conversation between the two sides, exploring the Black Dog HQ and some bar chats.

– Squads over 20 people can be hired now (but need much more cats to unlock the hire option).
– Some changes to improve potential compatibility with other mods.
– Add a stronger mercenary squad if the Mercenary Guild take over the Manhunter base.
