To many people thinking, – Why all Starving bandits have exact same weapon every time? Why they have only metal pipe? Why they have to same stats? This fix terminated this problem! Now all hobo’s have 1’lvl 6 diferent type of vanil weapon! And all hobo’s stats incrased to 25 randomly!
Bandit leaders have 20% chanse to have upgraded armor!
