Toprus’ Gdynia Harbour Refridgerated Storage
Hello!
This is one of my largest projects so far.
I have recreated (to a certain degree :p) the refridgerated storage of Gdynia Harbour. The building is designed, as the main meat storage for your entire republic, because guess what? IT HOLDS 15,5k TONNES OF MEAT. I have made it hold the entire amount, the real one could hold but it comes at a cost – the building is huuuuuuuuuuge and not very cheap, however it does have a few advantages:
-A LOT of factory connections
-5! rail connections
-A collisionles enter/exit road for your trucks (which makes traffic jams not so frequent)
Now a brief history:
The building was built in 1930 and expanded in 1932. At that time it was (and still remains) one of the biggest refridgerated warehouses in the world. It was rebuilt in the 1960s (and I modelled it how it looked like after being rebuilt).
