Proving grounds beta reborn
With this mod you can still experience the proving grounds beta.
I have added as many data tables from the patch as necessary to recreate the same balance from the campaign where possible.
This includes all of the growth, public order, economy, construction, recruitment and AI changes that featured in the patch along with 95% of the listed changes in the proving grounds.
The full changes featured in the proving grounds beta can be found through a search engine.
This is not 100% the same experience as the proving grounds but it almost is. Enjoy!
