Trait fix:It could remove all traits you have.

Trait add:It could add a new randomly trait on the target person.But the traits count couldn’t exceed 4.

Skill passion adjust:It could improve the passion with a randomly skill on your colonist.

Memory change:It could reset backstories with your colonist.When it apply on prisoner,it will not change any backstory but will recruit the prisoner by brainwashing.
