JNR 485 series
JNR 485 series is a quite popular EMU used for limited express service by Japan National Railways. It was built to be compatible with all electrification systems in Japan so that it could run as a mainstay train throughout the country.

- Capacity: 176 (basic unit, 10 cars)
Raicho, Super Raicho color, late model
- Top speed: 160km/h
- Availability: 1989 –
- Capacity: 176 (basic unit, 10 cars)
And you can also use single cars of them.
- KuHa481 bonnet model (head car, capacity 14)
- KuHa481 late model (head car, capacity 16)
- MoHa484 (mid car, w/ pantagraph, capacity 18)
- MoHa485 (mid car, w/o pantagraph, capacity 18)
