Introduces Garrus ‘Archangel’ Vakarian to City 31

Garrus joins Chimera Squad with a specialty in marksmanship and expertise in dealing with organized criminals.

Garrus can be recruited as a new agent, joining existing Chimera Squad agents.

Ability Tree

[Rank 1] Recruit

  • Marksmanship – Take time to target down the sights, making a standard shot with bonus aim. 1 Turn Cooldown.

[Rank 2] Deputy Agent

  • Calibrated Shot – During the breach, Garrus’ first shots at the designated target will penetrate cover.

[Rank 3] Field Agent

  • Scope ’em – (Passive) Scope the enemy, gaining +10 Aim
  • Drop ’em – (Passive) Intend to drop the enemy, +10 Crit Chance

[Rank 4] Special Agent

  • Disabling Shot – Take a shot that applies the Weapon Disabled effect. This does less damage than a standard shot. 2 Turn Cooldown.

[Rank 5] Senior Agent

  • Reach – (Passive) Turians have reach, +2 Mobility
  • Flexibility – (Passive) Learned flexibility, +10 Dodge

[Rank 6] Principal Agent

  • Double Tap – Fire twice at the target, with a penalty to aim. 3 Turn Cooldown

Additional Details

This will seamlessly integrate into a current or new campaign.

Garrus shares armory bench #4 with Agent Godmother.
