Bardin Goreksson (legendary hero for Reikland)

The proud Dwarf Ranger Bardin Goreksson from the Vermintide games is at last available as a legendary hero for the Reikland. He can be recruited in the Red Moon Inn, the Landmark in Ubersreik and has his own, custom skill tree. He is immortal by default but once you disband him you won’t get him back. Not save game compatible.

By changing his mount in campaign or custom battle, you can choose one of the 3 careers from Vermintide 2. These come with 2 abilities each that are only available for the respective career. I tried to represent the Vermintide 2 counterparts of the careers and their abilities as well as I could.

Veteran Ranger

• Starting career
• Disengage: small explosion that does no damage. Bardin becomes unspottable with increased missile damage
• Survivalist: Bardin refills ammunition when engaged in melee combat
• Melee and missile hybrid

Ironbreaker

• Available at rank 5
• Impenetrable: Bardin gets more melee defence for a few moments to the expense of melee attack
• Gromril Armour: When engaged in melee, every 12 seconds Bardin gets a 70% ward save for 3 seconds
• Focused on melee defence and armour
• Focused on ranged attacks against multiple enemies as Irondrake variant

Slayer

• Available at rank 10
• Leap: buffs Bardin‘s speed, splash attack and damage
• Trophy Hunter: 3 stages that increase Bardin‘s melee damage, then ap damage and lastly melee attack when engaged in melee
• Focused on melee
