LiT + TIV + ME Compatibility Patch

this version is in beta what this means is it seems fully working but has not had enough testing to confirm it’s bug free.
Any bugs could be patch related and not mod author side please check here before asking the respected author for help..however it is unlikely the patch would cause bugs as it changes nothing but combing the small amount of edits done to base game files because of limitations in modding EU4 this should be bug free.
I may have missed some things if so please let me know as all 3 are big mods it is hard to make sure every little thing is working which is where the beta can really help.

This was made for personal use for a MP game with friends however I have went through with opening it to the public, if i stop support for this patch there is a readme/updates file within the mod telling what the conflicts are, and what file was used as a base as well as best way to quickly update the patcher. HOWEVER: The use of this patcher or taking up on it is limited to these rules:
1) The Respected Mod Authors & Teams must be credited for their work and thanked.
2) Stating that any issue reports should FIRST come here than to the respected teams of X mod.
3) You inform the Author/Team that you have taken this up allowing them to update their patch area.
