changes the culture name of greek to rhomaioi, nothing else.
the romans and greeks essentially had no differences in culture by the time of the west/east split (420+ years of roman rule), with roman emperors and patricians speaking and writing greek for hundreds of years beforehand; I just wanted a visual way to represent that difference between old antiquity greeks and the later romanized greek populations
