Description:

Adds a per-turn influence-gain effect to the High Elf aristocracy and more influence-gain from unique Courts.

• Tier 4 Elven Court – +1 influence/turn
• Court of the Everqueen – +2 influence/turn
• Court of the Phoenix King – +3 influence/turn
