Mod Description

Starts a new Character at level, forces any other current character to level 100 and adjusts NG+ Levels

It also really speeds up the NG+ Level Progression for LAO III

NG+0 = 100 – 199
NG+1 = 200 – 299
NG+2 = 300 -399
NG+3 = 400 – 499
NG+4 = 500 – 599
NG+5 = 600 – 699
NG+6 = 700 -799
NG+7 = 800 – 899
NG+8 = 900 – 999
NG+9 = 999
NG+10 = 999
NG+11 = 999
NG+12 = 999
NG+13 = 999
NG+14 = 999
