I don’t think you need anything other than Quarry 1.1 (by Ogliss)
– Nuclear power plant
The Rimatomics (by Dubwise) mod is much more better than this.
(I created a patch for Rimatomics (by Dubwise) mod to be compatible. If you need this, you need to download it separately.)
– Electric Arc Furnace
Replaces the coal smelter from Coal expanded (by NECEROS).
