Balanced XP+
Weaklings give XP is great however it almost goes too far as town guards who spend all day beating up the rabble get way too strong over time.
This mod strives to be a nice middle ground as it only raises the XP skill diff from 25 levels above an opponent to 35 along with the XP malus of 90%.
Close to vanilla but enough to make the transition to tougher enemies a bit smoother should you choose to beat up dust bandits a while longer.
This should offer more options in the workshop for XP gain.
