Smokestack Speedway is an entertainment complex built on the skeleton of an old abandoned industrial complex. It features 17 rides & attractions and the centerpiece is a sprawling Go-Kart track that traverses the entire property – often in unusual ways. The bleak setting offers visitors a unique experience and draws quite a crowd.

The entire blueprint costs just over $72,000 to build but includes all rides, scenery, pathways and even shops and full delivery infrastructure – just connect it to your existing delivery system. The file requires no mods and works right out of the box. The entire footprint is 38×46, so this can work both as the bulk of a small park if you just add a coaster or two or it can be dropped in as a themed area for a much larger park.
