Anthology 2 adds 6 new items to the game, as well as two new trinkets!
As always, there is no specific theme or connecting thread between the items. They are simply all items I thought would be neat to have added.

(EID is not required to run the Anthology2 mod)

Dark Heart
Dark One’s blessing
– Found in Red Chests, Curse Rooms, Boss Rooms, and the Boss Rush
– Adds a chance for any soul heart to be replaced with a black heart
Hydrostatic
Pressurized Tears
– Found in Treasure Rooms, Boss Rooms, and the Boss Rush
– Shot Speed, Tears, and Damage Up
– Isaac is pushed backwards when firing tears
– Push amount is determined by Shot Speed
Lil Bony
Spooky Friend
– Found in Treasure Rooms, Red Chests, Boss Rooms, and the Boss Rush
– Follow Isaac around
– Fires bones directly at nearby enemies, similar to Bony enemy
Living Broomstick
It cleans up your messes
– Found in Golden Chests, Shops, Beggars, and Secret Rooms
– Follows Isaac around
– Cleans up various floor decorations, giving small stat boosts for the current room
– Will rush to and clean up Creep in the room
Toy Dinosaur
ROAR!!!
– Found in Treasure Rooms and Golden Chests
– 3 bar charge
– When used, Isaac turns into a dinosaur*!
– Increase in size, gain stompy effect, and all enemies are feared for a short time
White Sheet
Poltergiest
– Found in Treasure Rooms, Secret Rooms, and Boss Rooms
– 4 bar charge
– When used, Isaac turns into a ghost*!
– Gain flight and spectral tears

Cotton Eye
Wherever you came from, know where you’re going
– While held, grants immunity to Curse of the Maze and Curse of the Lost
– If dropped or replaced, will inflict Curse of the Maze for the current floor
Mute Button
Be silenced
– While held, most sound effects are made significantly quieter
– Important sounds, like enemy attacks, secret room jingles, and item drops are amplified
