CK3 – Now with more Jewish Flavor!
From the award-winning illustrious paragon of virtue with 500 dynastic members comes the most groundbreaking ethnoreligious-specific modification: Jewish Flavor – Tired of Paradox’s overtly ashkenormative/eurocentric interpretation of Jewish cultures? This mod is for you!
As it stands, the modification changes:
- Naming: Ashkenazi, Mizrachi & Sephardic cultures have unique and expanded set of names to choose from, including dynastic names.
- Religious Doctrines: Jewish faiths have a custom "Authority" doctrine, and start as bigamous in the 867 starting date – an event may occur to turn Jews into monogamous if the Temple is not restored in time.
- Faiths: Kabars are now more unique, and Kabbalists have been added to the game.
- Cultural Flavors: Clothing, Cultural Titles & Holdings, Unit & Building models have all been adjusted as needed for Sephardic & Ashkenazi cultures, including ethnic looks.
- New Cultures: Mizrachim have been added to CK3!
- Localization: Historically and religiously accurate terminology.
Future updates will include:
- More and more Names!
- The Israelite cultural group will be expanded on, adding unique and distinct Jewish cultures such as Romaniotes & Beta Yisrael.
- Further Religious Doctrine/Tenets/System expansion for Jewish faiths.
- Traits.
- Events and decisions, such as to celebrate the many Jewish holidays.
- And more changes to come!
