Prowess Requirements for Knights
What this mod does
This adds a prowess check / minimum for knights.
To be a knight you must have 9 or more prowess. This effects the AI and the player.
If you wish to force someone with less than 9 prowess to be a knight you can use the console to add a trait named "vel_force_knight"
In the future this may be a targeted decision but I am short on time right now!
