Better Face Textures
This mod does not disable achievements and is ironman compatible!
This mod provides subtle definition increases to all facial complexions which improves detail for features such as wrinkles, freckles and skin colour.
Since you never really look at a character up-close, some facial detail is often missed. This mod sharpens and adds definition to all facial skin textures.
This is my first mod and provides very small, subtle changes, so should work with any version of the game.
This mod is compatible with the "Brighter Portraits" mod and is recommended.
