Tomb Kings Tier 4 Economy Buildings

I added a lvl 4 Building to each basic economy Chain, you can see their effects below.
Tomb Kings are lacking on interesting and usefull Buildings in my opinion, maybe ill add some Bonuses or a higher tier to the estate and citadell building later.
