Pawns Just Don’t Die
Don’t you hate it when your pawns crumble just because they took one too many paper cuts, that your pawns are at the whims of not only random death, but an arbitrary ‘150 damage taken at any time and you die’ threshold? Yes, you heard me. If your normal-healthed human bodies have 150 damage from all their combined wounds, they just die instantly.
Now, that’s perfectly reasonable… Until you install mods that increase body part health and nothing more, like my mod Science Never Stops: Ambition of the Cosmic! Suddenly your 2,000 torso-health colonists are dying from paper cuts! (Disclaimer: This mod is built-into SNS: AOTC.)
Okay, to be serious this is a very simple mod that prevents most pawns from dying because they’ve received too many bodily injuries. This means that they can only die from bleeding out, losing a vital organ, disease, temperature, or some other thing that causes instantaneous death. This changes nothing else.
