Drip Irrigation farming 40.43

Introduces a new item, Irrigation pipes, that allows you to lay garden hoses over your crops.
If you place them next to a Water barrel or piped water source (faucets, baths, toilets… but not wells, lakes or rivers) it will periodically irrigate your farm every ingame hour to maintain its current water level.
If you cant find irrigation pipes, you can craft them from any kind of pipe (or hoses if you use Hydrocraft instead of this mod).
- Barrels when connected to a piped water source while the water is on will fill up the barrels.
- Pour fertilizer into barrels and when there is enough fertilizer for every plant it is connected to, the barrel will fertilize all the plants when watering.
Now this mod also includes Russian and Spanish translations. Thanks to Lord Hobotok for suggesting to add them, the help in doing so, and the Russian translation.

This mod used to be hosted by Damntry on steam who overtook this mod from Drauka on steam and was originally created by Kyun . After findng this mod, I wanted to get it to work so that I could play with it and have now shared it on steam if anyone else wants to play with it too. This mod is not currently in hydrocraft since it was removed when it broke, however I have playtested with both together and they work fine.
