根据帝国祭礼锻造那个mod制作的，我只是稍加修改。
高等精灵现在可以掉落，缴获任意阵营的装备（可以缴获其他阵营传奇领主的神器）
原mod添加了随从，我删除了，避免一场仗掉落十几个辣鸡随从的情况。
为了游戏性，没有改成全阵营，要不各种特色装备烂大街了。
It was made based on the mod for O6OPMOT’s Rites&Crafting for the Empire, I just modified it slightly.
