Works with any faction, horde, settled or modded.

New: horde main buildings produce gpt from culture for a.i and player lvl1: 200- lvl5: 500

• 1 turn construction time all buildings.
• 1 technology per turn.
• +16 recruitment points each province.
• 1 turn recruitment time.
• 1 turn global recruitment time.
• +1000 growth per turn each province.
• x10 gdp mod all/ x30 gdp mod all horde
• 1 turn construction time for settlements for unsuitable / uninhabitable regions
• Skaven suffer no food cost for armies or regions.
• Wood Elves suffer no amber cost for tree/elf elite units.
• Wood Elves recieve 3 additional amber making a total of 6 starting amber.
• A.i remains unchanged.
