– Regardless of gender doctrines, you can grant a title on the opposite gender.
– Of course, a governor can also be appointed without regard to gender doctrines.
– AI won’t be able to do that.

– Incompatible with the same type mod because we have direct modified "grant_governorship_interaction", "can_be_granted_titles_by".
