NOTE: Having more than 2 "Arrives" mods in 190 can push the game events out of date, I never intend people will use all of them but will choose a character of their choice. That’s why I stagger the arriving characters mostly after 193.
More than 3 arrives mods in 190 can push the Dong Zhuo event "out of date" so it never happens so use wisely.

Empress He Arrives Autumn 190 CE
MTU compatible.
Empress Dowager He joins your faction. She brings two Imperial Cavalry with her after miraculously escaping Luoyang before it was utterly destroyed. She has lost everything, can you find a place for her in your heart?
I made this for personal use for immersive play, you can marry her and in having children, who of all people would want to become Emperor of all China with a proper Empress by your side.
You don’t need to make a new game, drop the mod in before the date and they come.
If they are dead or in the recruitment pool they won’t come.
NOTE: MoH 182 players, she might not have her armor in the main GUI. This could be a number of things which I am looking at right now. 190 players should not have this issue.
