Dynastic Rule
You rule as a dynasty!
Your dynasty no longer cares if you revoke titles of outsiders.
Revoking works as such:
- Revoking a title of a dynasty member is unchanged and remains tyrannical
- Revoking a title of a vassal outside your dynasty is no longer tyrannical
- You will still upset the vassal you wish to revoke and other vassals outside your dynasty
- Dynasty members won’t join a rebellion of a vassal outside your dynasty if they decline a revocation
