Extension of Athel Loren (SFO)

It gives an attrition and a small movement reduction for enemy armies in Woodelves´ Lookout regions. My goal was to reinforce the impression the forrest of Athel Loren is really spreading out and strengthen the Lookout a bit, that are quite weak without protection of armies.
In Addition it´s lorefull:
– Attrition to represent how armies suffer by whole forest and its residents.
– Less Movement, how armies are lead astray by Spirits of the woods.
Compatibility: With everything, but I used the attrition of Lizardmen ritus and changed it´s tooltip. So by playing Lizards perhaps you wonder, by running this mod.
Primarily I designed it for SFO, so in this Version the SFO-Level 2-Outlook slow down enemy armies a bit more than in vanilla. Save Game compatible
