Custom Nations
My biggest mod.
It includes more than 20 custom nations like: austrian, german, french and italian republics. Some regimes, like nazi Germany and Soviet Union. Some countries that exist just to change their flags, like Sweden, Norway and Poland.
There are some custom decisions, and more incoming.
There are some custom events (still need balancing): Independence of India, foundation of NATO and Warsaw Pact, and foundation of European Union.
Some countries have custom Ideas: Soviet Union, Russian Federation, Communist China, Modern Spain, European Union, Nazi Germany and German Rerpublic, French Republic, Turkish Republic.
EU is the biggest feature: in its simple form, matching some requisites, the player (not ai) will be able to found the HRE/EUR. Your country will change tag, and a series of specific countries will be set in the empire.
An advanced form, based on modding province history files, aimed to create a different way to make countries join the HRE. Due to technical limitations, this option is not currently available (any information would be appreciated).
Of course, custom flags, both for new and for old countries.
Elements like real monarchs or leader names haven’t been edited too much, so do not expect historical realism.
Generally, localization files should be working in english (no other languages will be supported). Bugs and ugly codes appearing in the game are expected.
Everything is SUPER BETA. Mod still needs huge balance. Suggestions are very welcome.
Note: this mod is necessary for Custom Bookmarks to work. However, this mod should work standalone.
