因为原mod限制了电脑ai不可以使用这个功能，只有玩家才能使用其他三个议员位置。但是我觉得有点不公平，所以在原mod的基础上删除了“valid_position = { is_ai = no }”这段话，让电脑ai也可以使用其他三个议员的位置
Because the original mod limits that the computer AI can not use this function, only players can use the other three MP positions. But I think it’s a little unfair, so I delete "valid" from the original mod_ position = { is_ AI = no} "allows the computer AI to use the positions of the other three councillors
