GAME TIME DURATION EXTENDED

This mod is for the players who wants only extends the duration of a game session.
At the request of Tonatsi all game speed settings are set to 4800 turns.

Thus, the four game speeds differ only in the adjustments for the general gameplay such as frequency of quests and development speed of the empires.

Since this mod affects the two files SimulationDescriptors(GameSpeed) and SimulationDescriptors(Victory), it should be loaded last when using multiple mods.
