[WOTC] Cerberus Dragoon

The Cerberus Dragoon is a new enemy that joins the fight against XCOM.
- New Enemy: The Cerberus Dragoon will appear in the game as a traditional enemy.
- Three Tiers: Standard, Veteran, and Elite; arriving at later force levels.
The Dragoon will charge XCOM soldiers to attack with their biotic arc-blades. These combatants have improved armor and excellent mobility.
- Force Level: 5
- Cerberus Arc Gauntlets – The Dragoon’s primary weaponry
- Melee – Engage in close quarters combat.
- Energized Blades – Attacks will deal psi-ethereal damage and pierce armor.
- Unstoppable Force – The Dragoon is simultaneously an armored foe and mobile combatant. Their armor can take some damage, and their mobility allows them to quickly enter and escape battle on their accord.
This will seamlessly integrate into a current or new campaign.
The enemy is fully customizable primarily within the configuration file "XCOM_Customize_This_Mod" and "XComGameData_CharacterStats".
