Cant Miss Stunned With Melee
Provides a +30 Aim bonus to melee attacks if the target is stunned (helpless).
There is nothing more unsatisfying in this entire game than missing an adjacent melee attack on a target that cannot defend itself.
I also included Turrets since they cannot move, but not rooted, berserked or panicked targets since they could theoretically dodge. I have also not included bound targets because it would not be fair, only one side would benefit from it because XCOM cannot fire on bound targets.
Important note: The aim bonus also applies to your opponents against yourself if you are stunned and they use melee attacks.

You can change the bonus in the INI file. I didn’t put guaranteed hit or +100 because i still want the in game modifiers to matter (smoke, poison, disorient).

XCOM doesn’t recalculate hit percentage as you advance dynamically, once you press the button to attack the target and run toward it, if it becomes stunned mid-way from other events (the target passes through Patchwork’s passive stun shock for example) the percentage will still be the same. This cannot be fixed easily.
