Description:

Many of the "named" recruits and even some major NPCs have completely random appearances – every game you play will have them with 100% random body and face sliders. This mod gives them consistent, unique appearances.

Some of the NPCs that already had presets have some issues, mostly with armor or weapons clipping into them (especially that Posture slider!), and many are not very unique looking at all, just average slider values and faces. I’ve tweaked a bunch of them to fix that. If a character already had a unique or unusual face, like Infinite Wingwang, that was kept.

Turns out there are a LOT of NPCs like this, so there’s more updates to come as I work on them. Here are the NPCs affected by this mod so far (no starting equipment or stats are changed, just appearances):

Rane the Giant

Tinfist

Sadneil

For some, like Tinfist, they were completely randomized every game (Tinfist now has humungous fists, and is tall with wide shoulders). For others, they had presets but I made changes that made sense (Rane the Giant is now giant, Infinite Wingwang is now a freak, Hamut is more trim, muscular and grizzled) or fixed bad clipping issues and similar tweaks.
