"Why REPENTOGON?"
– it’s an amazing mod extensions for modder! many feature are possible because of this mod!
it’s like "SMAPI" for stardew valley or "tModLoader" for terraria if you ask my opinion! (even though i’ve never played terraria >_<)

– Unlockable Characters: like vanilla game!
– Achievements: Keep track of your accomplishments, just like in the vanilla game
– Unique progress bar for both vanilla and mod characters
• The progress bar icon will change to match the character you’re playing!

"Come back stronger.."
Gimmicks
– Her movement speed is slightly slower than Isaac’s.
– High attack, but be careful as she becomes quite weak when damaged.
– She has unique interaction with Glowing hourglass and certain items.
– You’ll get better at the game thanks to her!
(The character is both easy and difficult at the same time. It depends on how good you are at dodging damage in this game.)
Tips: Use the Glowing Hourglass to learn/change different situations.
"Dark Princess"
Gimmicks
– She has high movespeed
– She has a low tears rate but increases dramatically with a full red heart.
– She also gains more status from Dark Prince’s Crown than other characters.
– When she reaches only half a heart left, she begins to shoot random tears effects.
(Not beginner-friendly; requires low health and red heart control to gain strength, which may feel tedious and less fun.)
Tips: Try to use items to make your Red Hearts trigger Dark Prince’s Crown or Dying
– The Bloody Hourglass healing effect can be stacked and saved if used in a room without monsters
– Once you understand her mechanics, this character is basically a living machine gun
"Apprentice Witch"
Gimmicks
– Start with The Wiz, which causes her tears to shoot out diagonally, but using Book of Enchant allows her to temporarily shoot in 3 directions.
– She gains benefits from luck-based items as you stack her luck with Book of Enchant.
– She has a chance to shoot homing tears when she has certain luck:
25% at 5-9 luck
50% at 10-14 luck
75% at 15-19 luck
100% at 20+ luck
(The character is moderately difficult because of her unusual tear-shooting mechanic, but once you stack enough luck, she becomes easy and very fun to play.)
Tips: Stack Luck as much as possible!
"I hurt them out of love"
Gimmicks
– Has dual forms: demonic and human
• She will shoot tears in human form, and short brimstone in Demonic form.
• When a room is cleared, she will randomly turn into a demonic form.
– Naamah has 1% chance to shoot heart tears that charm enemies but you can increase the chance to shoot heart tears by:
• having additional red heart containers (+1% for each red heart container)
• holding "Seduce" (+5%)
– Enemies touched by Naamah also get charm for a short duration.
– Can permanently charms enemies by using "Seduce" on charmed enemies.
(The character is easy to play, but may be difficult when it comes to the short brimstone attack, which is similar to Azazel.)
Tips: Try using Seduce to charm on enemies that are already charmed!

"Why didn’t my characters start with the items mentioned in the character menu?"
– You must unlock it by defeating a boss with that character.
"Does this mod work without REPENTOGON?"
– Of course, you can play this mod with REPENTOGON or without REPENTOGON, whichever you prefer.
"How to quickly unlock all the characters using cheat?"
– type ‘! unlockall_auris’ in the console while in a run. but remember that you can’t undo this (also it does not include unlocking starting items)
– type ‘! unlockjust_auri’ in the console while in a run to unlock just Auri character (in case you want to start with Auri and unlock other characters on your own)
