No Clip Conveyor Engine
A conveyor engine that can be placed anywhere. Construction offices might struggle to reach some of these.
Inspired by OffTheRailsGaming’s conveyor road and rail crossings, steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1985971143 which I have found very useful.
Construction collision is disabled by adding "$HARBOR_EXTEND_AREA_WHEN_BULDING -500" to the building.ini file
