Rechargable Godpowers
Mod created on request of Stavrozium.
Gives all godpowers 999 charges, and makes them roughly balanced based on their recharge time.
edit: made a mistake including some .xmb files, which may have caused some gps to still be the normal ones. i believe this fixed the issues.
