(OBSOLETE) GUI Beautification (fix old)

At the time I made this mod, several small bugs on the character screen are presents (something with focus button and the traits visibility)
The comments under the same mod give multiple hints and things on its way to fix it fully. I tailored it all together and it seems to work perfectly on my end with my 1920-1080.
Beginning with few big traits and going to super tiny, resulting in 4 rows of 16 each row trait.
Hope it works for everyone else.
I have like no IT knowledge so I kinda just shot in the dark with a lot of this.
I also dont think I be able to update this a lot.
