Vassalize Them
I’m almost sure that it will work with any game version despite the current version number in the mod because the mod uses the event system only and relation changing is done through the state modifiers.
This mod gives you ability to have some vassals, marches or personal unions without diplomatic upkeep.
This number is changing according to your state rank.
Duchy: 6
Kingdom: 8
Empire: 10
The mod will almost surely work with any game version if it doesn’t radically change the subject system, because the mod is realized through events.
