Diplomatic Options – Vassal, Liberate & Confederate (The Silence & The Fury)

Updated and bugfixed. Now the vassal and liberate options work for all factions, with the old mod having some bugs with Vampire Coast.
A possible oversight by CA, was to give some factions settlements, but not have them actually own them. That meant you could not liberate a handful of factions.
Update: Rakarth didn’t add anything substantial, so no need to update. Changed the title to acknowledge this.
