ЦНИИ – что расшифровывается как центральный научно-исследовательский институт. Здание было вдохновлено основным корпусом ЦНИИ Автоматики и Гидравлики, что на ст.м. Улица 1905 года в Москве.
Правильное расположение здания – все коннекты должны быть направлены вглубь территории, и подъезд в том числе. В игре здание представляет из себя завод по производству электроники и как побочного продукта – химикатов. Потребляет химикаты, пластик, электродетали. Требует максимум 46 инженеров, 88 рабочих.
