Description:

Adds some proper usage for all these thermobaric rounds (and 12×64 pulse rounds) you have piled up.

Housefire requires Pulse-charged Munitions and Advanced Launchers researche, while Chisel needs only Pulse-charged munitions.

Testing and additional feedback needed.
